At The Ritual Wellness Co., we offer a guided contrast therapy experience designed to help you slow down, recover and reconnect. Your session includes access to our sauna and cold therapy experience options including a scandinavian style outdoor cold plunge bath, a bucket drench and cold shower, all in a calming outdoor setting, with optional wellness rituals and natural add-ons available.

We are based at Garden Village (The Plant Plot) in Lichfield, located at the far left-hand side of the main car park next to Beyond Bootcamp.
The site is home to around 45 independent businesses, including a Café, a restaurant, holistic massage services, and a variety of unique shops and businesses making it the perfect place to spend a few relaxing hours before or after your session.

Yes, free parking is available on site.

Please bring:
Swimwear
2 towels (one to sit on in the sauna and one to dry off)
Flip flops or easy-to-slip-on footwear
A water bottle
We recommend arriving with your swimwear already underneath your clothing for an easier arrival experience.

We offer both 30 minute and 60 minute sauna sessions.
If you would like a longer experience, you can book the time slot directly adjacent to your session at the time of booking to extend your time with us.

Ideally, yes. We recommend booking in advance to guarantee your space in the sauna.
However, if you are passing by, feel free to pop into reception to check availability. If we have space, we'll happily get you booked in and you can pay on site.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your session start time to check in and settle in before your experience begins.

Yes, there is a café on site. We do however offer a selection of herbal teas for you to enjoy while relaxing in our seating area. We also sell still and sparkling water, along with ginger shots to help refresh and rehydrate after your session.

Absolutely. Many guests come alone to relax, reset and enjoy some quiet time. We also welcome couples, friends and groups.

Sauna and cold therapy may not be suitable for everyone. If you are pregnant, have cardiovascular conditions, uncontrolled blood pressure, epilepsy, severe respiratory conditions or any medical concerns, please consult your doctor before booking.
All guests will complete a short health questionnaire and waiver before attending.

We encourage guests to disconnect and fully immerse themselves in the experience, so we ask that phones are kept to a minimum out of respect for others.

Our experience operates in most weather conditions, rain can actually add to the ritual. In cases of severe weather where sessions cannot safely operate, we will contact you directly.
